All Sales Are Final
Because many of our items are vintage, antique, or one-of-a-kind, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Shipping Damage Disclaimer
We take great care in packaging every item for a safe delivery. That said, if your item arrives damaged in transit, we’ll help you file a claim with the shipping carrier.
Here’s what to do:

Keep all packaging and the damaged item exactly as received.

Take clear photos of the packaging and the damage.

While we can’t offer refunds for damage caused by shipping, we’ll work with you to follow the proper process with the postal service to seek resolution.
